AI built by the people who already know our industry.

It's a Tuesday. The UPS truck just dropped fourteen boxes at the back door of an independent shop in a town you've never heard of. A brand owner two states over is rebuilding the same catalog for the tenth marketplace. A road rep in a Hampton Inn is hunting for a product image that should have arrived yesterday. This is the industry we've worked in for thirty years — and it deserves software that knows what a Tuesday looks like.

For Retailers

A story about Linda.

SARA — Smart Retailer Assistant — is the operating system for the independent shop. Built for stores that can't justify enterprise software, but deserve enterprise-grade tools.

Linda has owned her shop for twenty-two years. She knows every customer's grandkid by name, and which one is allergic to peanuts. She can tell you, by feel, which candle is going to sell out before Mother's Day.

She also has fifty unprocessed invoices on her desk. She doesn't know what's landing next month, what her open-to-buy looks like, or which fourteen claims are still pending with which brands. The work that pays her — being on the floor, in front of the customer — is the work she keeps putting off until the paperwork settles. It never does.

SARA does the paperwork. She reads the invoices the moment they come in. She watches the inbox. She reconciles claims. She tells Linda, on a Tuesday morning over coffee, what's coming and what to reorder. Linda gets her floor back.

For Brands & Manufacturers

Winter market is in eleven weeks.
Your catalog still lives in three spreadsheets.

We've spent thirty years on the brand side too. We know the tempo of a line release, the panic of a late image shoot, the math of a hundred SKUs across six marketplaces. We built a toolkit for it — not a feature list. A crew that works the way your team does.

01
CREW
Alex · Aira · Nova · Kira

Four AI assistants, each trained on a different beat of your business. They draft, summarize, plan, and answer — in your industry's language.

02
PIXEL
Image · Description · SEO · GEO

A content engine for the lifestyle imagery, copy, and search-ready metadata your line needs — at the speed market demands.

03
AXON
Amazon Excellence Operations Network

Listing, optimization, inventory health, and growth on Amazon — handled by a system that already speaks the platform.

04
FRIOP
Faire Retail Intelligence Ops Engine

Made-for-Faire intelligence: brand visibility, retailer matching, and order flow that helps you show up where buyers are looking.

And underneath it all — a modern ERP and CRM built around how brands in home, gift, and fashion actually work. Not a generic platform with industry templates. A platform that starts with the industry.

Walk through the toolkit
For Reps & Rep Agencies · In development

The road warriors of this industry — we see you.

Reps live between brands and retailers, doing some of the hardest work in this industry with the least support. Chasing missing images. Hunting invoice details. Keeping order status straight across dozens of brands and hundreds of accounts.

We're not here to argue with the tools you use today. We're here to fill the gaps — the daily-grind work nobody else has built for. SARA for Reps is being built alongside reps, on the road, this year.

Our mission

Educating an industry.

This is bigger than software for us. The home, gift, and fashion industries deserve to understand AI — not be sold it.

We're committed to teaching companies of every size, and the people inside them, what AI actually is, how to use it, and where it will and won't help. Workshops. Hands-on sessions. Candid conversations. Whatever it takes.

If we make every retailer, every brand, and every rep more AI-fluent, the whole industry rises — and that's a win we'll show up for whether or not it sells a single license.

01
Workshops
In-person and virtual sessions for teams who want to get past the buzzwords.
02
Industry Talks
Including panels with associations like GHTA — talking AI in plain industry language.
03
Office Hours
Open conversations, no pitch. Bring questions, leave smarter.

Why this, why now
We didn't come to AI from tech. We came to tech from the showroom floor, the warehouse, the trade show booth, the P&L. We're building what we wished we'd had for the last three decades.
